My Story — From Researcher to Career Architect

My professional journey began in the chemical industry, developing multimillion-dollar adhesive products.

After more than a decade of innovation and success, I faced an unexpected transition — a layoff while expecting my second child.

Instead of seeing it as a setback, I embraced it as an invitation to realign and redefine success on my own terms.

I stayed home until my youngest entered school, and then transitioned into executive recruiting — coaching scientists, engineers, and leaders through life-changing career moves.

I quickly became a global top performer, consistently recognized among the top contributors year after year.

Yet through it all, I realized something deeper:

"True success happens when your placement reflects your worth — not when you try to prove your worth through your placement."

That realization led to founding Next Success and creating the Next Success Method —a life-first, science-backed, career-aligned approach to building authentic success intentionally, strategically, and sustainably.

Today, through coaching, workshops, speaking engagements, and the "Your Next Success" podcast, I help individuals and teams not just land new roles — but create meaningful, fulfilling lives and careers.
